If a white drug dealer is caught with methamphetamine, they should be forced to serve the same amount of time as a black male who was caught with a minimal amount of marijuana. Under JAA, people would read over the facts of the case and not be allowed to know the race of perpetrators. The jury will represent the defendant in race and ideology. Charming....

it’s funny really. You won’t find a person here who disagrees with the notion of equal sentencing. We call for anyones head who deserves it. We pretty much are on the same side with distrust of police as well. What she seems to not grasp is just who commits the violent crimes and thus serve the most time.

Blacks convicted of crimes will be able to us color to get a reduced sentence or get out of jail free card all others will get the full sentence. This, to change the makeup of the jail system not on the conviction of a crime but the color of the skin.
