Judicial Affirmative Action is a set of guidelines set to ensure jail sentences would not be distributed according to race. All criminals, regardless of race, should get the same amount of time for commuting [sic] the same crime.

If that were the case, there would be fewer "teens" running loose to play this "knock-out" game.

Blacks convicted of crimes will be able to us color to get a reduced sentence or get out of jail free card all others will get the full sentence. This, to change the makeup of the jail system not on the conviction of a crime but the color of the skin.
