Woman Featured in Obamacare Ad Forced to Cancel Employees' Insurance
Breitbart ^ | 26 Nov 2013 | JOHN NOLTE

CBS This Morning's Charlie Rose sets up the segment with the words that should put a chill down the spine of every American, "CBS News is learning that another promise by the government isn't holding up. Some who get their insurance through work are losing their coverage."

Eight Americans already feeling the sting of that broken promise work for Nancy Clark, a small business owner in New Hampshire who was featured in a White House online ad promoting ObamaCare. "The healthcare law is about me. It's NancyCare," Clark gushes.

Reality intruded last month when her insurance company boosted premiums by 39%, or $30,000 a year. Unable to afford that, Clark canceled the policy and threw her employees into the ObamaCare exchanges. The only problem is that the exchanges don't work.

Nancy Clark served her purpose as a useful idiot. Apparently there are millions of them.

I have this term I use...’the fifty stages of pain’.

When you look at the current position, and ‘pain’ that regular people are feeling...we are barely at stage ten. It’s complicated. It’s surprising (you get the notice, then eyeball the new rate being $4000 more than before). The deductible now plays into everything....not that crummy $1,500 one that you always enjoyed. Your wife whines about this nightly now because that trip to Aruba next year is gone. Your dream of season tickets finally to the Braves season is gone.

Around January, we move to a new stage of pain. Realization that not enough young punks signed up. Just whispers, but the insurance companies hint of more rate increases for 2015.

By April and May, we move to another level of pain....the deductible is now being played out and guys are charging it to the credit card. Suddenly, $6000 for that emergency room visit, and all on the credit card.

After August, you get the rate for 2015 in the mail....another increase in the rate of pain. You will pay double over what you paid in 2012.

Meanwhile, your other level of pain will start up....your senator denying they ever understood anything but voted for it.

So for the fifty levels of pain....don’t worry. We are barely at stage ten right now. We’ve got plenty of levels left to clear. By spring of 2016, in the midst of political turmoil and both parties talking of their new solution package....we will reach level fifty. Somewhere in the early or late part of 2016....you should expect a recession to boil up....totally dependent on affordable healthcare.

Pretty much right on. All designed to bankrupt you and make us serfs of the god-state. But lets keep rolling over and taking it.

Nancy Clark served her purpose as a useful idiot.

And they are discarded like used Kleenex once they do. When will they ever learn that they become just idiots once the BO regime uses them for their intended purpose.

True dat...wonder if she is still gushing or is she merely oozing...

Same thing is going to happen to us...we just purchased last years insurance to get us to January but there is no way the company can afford the increases BCBS is demanding...so its sayonara employee coverage. Hello eschanges...oooo goody.

I’ve half a mind to tell ‘em to forget it and just show up at er’s when I need something. Scru the bill...

Make sure when you show up at the ER to not have any ID or money on you. And tell them you don’t remember your name.

Nancy Clark is a two-faced weasel. Like many business owners, she could not wait for the opportunity to throw her employees into the exchanges in order to get out of the business of paying for their healthcare.

This would not have passed had the business community been united against it. Many employers saw a chance to ditch their healthcare costs, and insurance companies saw 30 million new customers at gunpoint. Classic Marxist divide-and-conquer.

Stalin and the plucked Chicken.

Nancy would Vote for Obama a third time if she could, end of story.

I wouldn’t give a hoot if Millions of Obama Voters were starving in the Streets, after all, Elections have consequences.

The Prisoners in the Gulags cried when Stalin died. I’m sure “NancyCare” Nancy would be the one handing out the Kleenex.

Once the Obamacare web site to goes back online she and her employees will be shocked at the cost and massive deductibles Dear Leader has given them. She and her employees may well be uninsured next year thanks to Obamacare. Obama lied and our health care system died.

yea those folks in Vermont where they elect a known left in Sanders, they will be getting some new thought. If she saves money on healthcare by dropping it and then paying them more will they lose the “tax break” you bet. No free lunch.
