Did you see the big game? I missed it to take care of my never ending "Honey-Do" list for the wife, but then I saw it on yahoo. You guys must be dancing in the streets over there. Answer me a question? Why do you call yourselves the Auburn Tigers but the symbol and battle cry is War Eagle!

I've been asking a similar question for my own guys for durn near thirty three years. Why have an Elephant as the team logo but then use a tidal phenomenon as the battle cry?

So what is the current stat on Bama/Auburn wins/losses? Any idea?

You can find all that out on the Google. But THE War Eagle dates back to the civil war and has been a tradition ever since college football began.

Too bad you missed the game, probably the greatest game in college history given all the circumstances.
