Damn! I thought there had to at least be one person who wasn’t one of “Holder’s People.” Where is the diversity?

For a decade, it’s been kinda known in the region that Chattanooga is not a place to stop for fuel or a hotel at night. You need to pass on and avoid the area. Cops are generally believed to be in on the deal.

As for the thirty-two players? Only a hint....they all lead onto some connection to a DC drug courier group.

And don’t worry, this article doesn’t change anything. All of the thirty-two will continue their trade, the cops will pretend to protect it’s locals, and the local crime rate will stay the same (if not increase). Nothing changes, in this game.

"It's a shame that we can't get all the blacks to come together in unity to try and protest what they [authorities] are doing," said Eberhardt. "Surely it stands out what they're doing. They know our system don't work out as far as rehabilitation."

Hey, Skippy, here's a thought... how 'bout getting all your peeps together and telling them NOT to break the law. That way they don't go to jail and they won't have to fret about not being able to get a job after getting out, since they won't have gone in. I guess that's rocket science.

They’re all black, and it shouldn’t be a shock to anyone.

Alternate headline: Chattanooga police create large opportunity for the “smaller fish” dealers to move up in the world.

Police have kept a watchful eye on Jerry Wayne Alexander Jr. for years. Alexander, 41, has 30 convictions in Hamilton County ranging from theft to attempted first-degree murder. In 1996, he shot at police with an assault rifle during a traffic stop. Last year, he fought police, choking one officer, according to court records.

This man is indicative of what is wrong with the "system". Thirty convictions & he is still on the streets.

Shooting at anyone, but especially cops, should have put this thug behind bars for 100 years; & frankly, I would have had him executed after the FIRST violent crime conviction. But no, this man is out on our streets.

But you see, our system is "of the lawyers, by the lawyers, for the lawyers". Lawyers can't make money off thugs in jail or in graves. The thugs need to be on the streets causing chaos, so that lawyers will have lots of cases to prosecute & defend, thereby making them rich.

The vast majority of lawmakers are lawyers. That is why we have 20,000 word murder statutes, which doesn't so much describe the crimes & punishments, but rather spends way too much verbiage making the laws overly complex, & therefore easier to manipulate the system to free the guilty. Free criminals means more crimes, yielding more cases & fees for lawyers.

Virtually all judges are lawyers. To ensure job security, it is in the best interest of the entire court system to grant lenient sentences to keep the revolving door spinning & the system ever expanding. It is common to hear courts asking for more money, more judges & staff. Rarely do we hear the courts seeking ways to get violent criminals off the streets permanently.

How is it that we have the phrase "career criminal"? Doesn't that say more about the system than the criminal? Who's careers are really being built?

Folks, look at the photos above. This is catch & release. It is a game being played by criminal justice system for their enrichment, empowerment, & amusement. It has little to do with protecting the public.

In a system based on protecting the public, Jerry Wayne Alexander would have been executed long before his assault on police in '96. His presence on our streets today serves only to enrich our legal profession & increase the police state.

Where is the diversity?

Some are dark, some are light, some are bald, some have hair, some have beards, some are clean shaven, and they've committed a wide variety of crimes.

Isn't that enough diversity for you?

If they can’t find jobs here, perhaps they should immigrate to Nigeria

Thirty convictions & he is still alive

Dead men commit no crimes

Guess the cops no longer shoot back since doing so would be racist.

Just think. If drugs were legalized, none of those fine fellows would be considered criminals any longer. Drugs are victimless! I mean, think about it, if it was just legal to buy and possess drugs, Valentino Harris (row 2, 4th from left) could focus on more productive things like thinking up how to get enough money from other people to buy more drugs! And his gang of hooligans, thugs and malcontents would probably disband, since there’s no real reason to associate with one another.

A good number of these clowns are not youngsters. IMO they have led a life of crime since they were in their early teens.

I wonder if a three strike law for any crimes at any age with a punishment of banishment from the country would be a good idea. I have a few places in mind led by the Atacoma desert in Chili or South Georgia (Britain) or if we need it be US owned, how about Baker Island in the Pacific.
