Time magazine calls the Affordable Care Act a "broken promise" on the cover of its latest issue. The image splits a pill with "Obamacare" inscribed on it in half, separating "Obama" and "care."
The cover story, by Nancy Gibbs, looks at how President Barack Obama needs to fix what has been a disastrous rollout of the federal health law — and fix it fast:
So the sign that the Obama presidency had reached a turning point came not when his poll numbers sank or his allies shuddered or the commentariat went hunting for the right degree of debacle to compare to the rollout of Obamacare.
It happened when he started apologizing. In triplicate. For not knowing what was going on in his own Administration. For failing to prevent his signature achievement from detonating in prime time. For not telling the whole truth when he promised people that Obamacare would not touch them without permission: "If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan."

So, at some point, the liberal leadership finds itself in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation vis-à-vis Obozo.
If they let him remain President, their 2016 election chances are doomed. If they throw him overboard, their 2016 election chances are doomed.
There is a "Third Way", however, which neatly solves the problem -- and likely even enhances the odds of victory in 2016.

No Democrat Fascist Party, no ego boosting hob nobbing and "no show" jobs in academia or media for "intellectuals" who keep the brainwashing and propaganda machine running. Most such folks are at least clever enough to know that they're ill equipped to do anything else other than live under a bridge. They also know they'd never survive the nasty infighting that would plague a rapidly shrinking Fascist Party no longer be able to deliver well paid "no show" jobs on boards and commissions or even something as small as decent grades in college in return for being among the Party faithful.
You can bet your bottom dollar Bill Clinton is schmoozing on the phone and in person to make sure donors and media types decide to try and avoid the Party being destroyed by "cleaning up" their own mess and trying to look like innocent little sweethearts who are shocked to find out how horrible the evil Obama they were "duped" by really is.
Every article in a leftist fascist rag gets just a little more blunt and a little closer to demanding repeal. My bet is that they've already picked out which individual will be the "brave investigative journalist" who uncovers dirt on Barry, Harry, Nancy, and a handful of others they'll sacrifice to "put the Party back on track" and back under the control of "Third Way" Clintonistas who gave us the soon to be called idyllic nineties.
Way back when Barry was first nominated to be the democrat Presidential candidate, my son asked what I thought would happen if he won. I replied simply, "There will be blood". Maybe the good Lord still has things He wants this country to do down the road and will show us His love by showing how He's patient and merciful even toward people who are so stupid and self-centered that elected Barry twice.
In that case the vast majority of the bloodshed will be the metaphorical blood of Democrat Fascist infighting.
If the good Lord looks at the combined total of at least one hundred and eighty million infants murdered in the womb by invasive means and with abortifacient contraceptives, though, . . .
