The lame duck Senate will change the rules back before they leave office and the new Senators are sworn in.
...and on day 1 of the new senate the GOP will change it right back.
And it will get changed right back in Jan 2015!
I would make it 51 for everything next time we have control and pack the Courts with fire-breathing rock-ribbed conservatives that would undo every liberal idea passed in the past 150 years!
