Exactly why ObamaCare cannot and will never work.
All the high-risk, unhealthy will flock to ObamaCare now and forever. They are high-cost, high-drain on the health care system. The healthy, and those who do not want to pay for comprehensive coverage will never voluntarily sign up for O-Care.
Liberals are dreamers who refuse to come out of their Alice-in-Wonderland world.
The only way any system like that works is through coercion and the threat of deadly force.
“Liberals” will never admit that that’s what they advocate, though.
Rand Paul was on yesterday, in his usual wing nut fashion, having said earlier in the week that it was crazy to have tried to defund Obamacare, saying now that Oh, geeze, the young and healthy, if they don’t contribute, then there won’t be any contributors and the infirm and high risk will have to pay even more.
And it won’t work.
Just the fact that the republicans did not warn people, tey did not properly protect people from this horrible law, that they even hinted that they’d like to see it tried and fail, will keep them right where they belong. In the losers circle.
No one who did not stand with the opposition will come out unscathed.
People will not be happy with these guys anymore than with democrats.
They will look to someone who did and is doing his job.
How brilliant do you have to be to realize young people will NOT buy into this?
They are not going to participate.
Republicans are going to come out looking like they’re gloating, but people are into this for 10s of thousands per year. they are not Going to Say, well, none of the republicans voted for this.
