The expense of trying to build a web site for O-care has been peppered with cronyism and waste...AND a failure besides. Fixing that failed site is horribly expensive and doomed to failure once again. Patching such a mess in truly impossible. Someone must take the reins and kill this monster once and for all. Congress?
