I used to feel that this was an outrage.
However, the roads don't have the "freedoms" that individuals have because we need a license to drive. Therefore, we agreed to be regulated when we got our driver's license.

So, the highway patrol and city cops can do what they do. I've been pulled over by cops for all sorts of things that I thought were odd. I always let it go because the THIN BLUE LINE is essential in this world and ... basically, better them than me. What a lousy job, dealing with scofflaws and thugs. NO THANKS.

That being said, they do annoy me sometimes; I'm sure the feeling is mutual.

Why do we need licenses to drive?

I used to feel that this was an outrage.

So you would be willing to involuntarily give up body fluid samples--which contain your DNA--without a warrant?

“..the THIN BLUE LINE is essential in this world..”

What would we do without them? I mean, how many wrong doors wouldn’t be smashed down? How many family pets would go unshot?

Yup. God Bless that Thin Blue Line that all that stands between us and societal chaos.

It doesn't matter how you feeeeeeel.

Pulling someone over without witnessing an actual infraction or having a reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime violates the 4th amendment of the Constitution.

It is an outrage.

You wouldn’t ask what’s the purpose of them having your DNA?

Are they going to store it? And why? You wouldn’t be concerned at all?

Just think of the possibilities. For them.

If you aren’t outraged by this, you are part of the problem, collabo!
