There are several different contemporary drafts of the speech. Some have “under God”, some don’t. Which version he actually said is not known for sure.

Let’s be clear about this:
1. The version read by AL at GB DID INCLUDE “under God.”
2. ALL 57 readers other than the Kenyan CS’er, read “under God,” (Plante has been playing the audio of the other readers all day)
3. It is beyond insane to suggest that Burns gave 57 people the “under God” version, and gave only the Kenyan CS’er some other version.
Well Hugin, the one carved in stone in the Lincoln Memorial at Washington, DC has the words “under God”. End of story.
So 0bama didn’t read the version that’s written on the Lincoln Memorial?
Sounds like something Jay Carney would say.
Riiight. 56 other people recited it the same way. Only the turd in the punch bowl didn't.
He won't get a pass from me.
I was unaware of the uncertainty. Did no one ask Helen Thomas before she passed?
I don’t quite understand, contemporary drafts? What he said in his speech at Gettysburg is what he said at Gettysburg, it can’t be changed.
Obama recited the initial draft version, word for word. (The NICOLAY version as referenced in the link you provided). As I stated above, I believe he chose this version intentionally as it did not contain the phrase UNDER GOD. Obviously, that's my opinion, as would be guessing at his intention for doing this. He could be placating his base, who hates Him and His Word, or he chose this version because Obama himself hates Him.
I know what I think the reason was.
Maybe he one written in his hand, signed and dated, which is the accepted version that was delivered.
