Calling city 'unlivable,' Mancow sells Lincoln Park condo
'I think they've done a good job of making the city unlivable for families'

Calling his decision to leave the city “heartbreaking,” radio host and reality TV star Erich “Mancow” Muller has sold his Lincoln Park condominium and decamped to a house in Wilmette.
Muller, who is a married father of twin school-aged daughters, told Elite Street he’d had enough with city living.
“The schools are awful. I guess I could have had (my daughters) go to public schools, but I don’t want them to be stupid. I drove past Lincoln Park High School every day, and the kids are cursing and yelling and have their hands down each other’s pants," he said. "And then, I was spending $45,000 a year for the (private) British School of Chicago. It was killing me."
Mancow also said there were always homeless people outside his door and street parking he often used was raised from a quarter an hour to $13 an hour.

Mancow was smart enough to not say anything until he actually sold. I do believe that Chicago real estate today is akin to Detroit real estate a decade or two earlier. Last one out, please turn off the lights.

Living in a penthouse apartment in the most beautiful, safest neighborhood in Chicago is unlivable....cry me a river.

I’d rather walk in a Detroit blackout than in some areas of Chicago during the day. At least I can legally defend myself in Detroit.

Is this the same condo he was pissing and moaning about years ago because it was too small? Don’t remember when exactly. i quit listening to talk radio a long time ago so I haven’t heard this guy in a while.
Mancow is a liberal? He didn’t seem like one when he used to appear on Fox & Friends with E. D. HIll a while back.
I don’t think he’s a liberal either.
He was an uncomfortably manic loudmouth from what I remember but what else are talk show hosts for?

Wealth envy is a nasty affliction.
Mancow is the calm brother.
