Filmmaker Oliver Stone made some truly offensive comments on PBSs Tavis Smiley show Wednesday.

This is really disgusting. Marx was white, Ayers is white, Stalin was white, and actually a large number of the most well-known communists/socialists over the years have been white. I don’t like their politics and their desire to be dictatorial leaders of state run governments. If they were polka dotted it would matter not. It’s what they think and want to do that is the problem. I highly doubt Oliver Stone likes Justice Thomas, or Dr. Ben Carson, or any other conservative minorities. Is that based on color? If Obama supported a market-driven economy in which success was rewarded, and supported holding teacher’s unions accountable for the quality of education they provided, and wasn’t pushing European socialism on the US - I would like him - and vote for him. It has nothing to do with skin color. Nothing.
And Tavis really nailed Stone to the wall for that nonsense didn’t he? NOT.
