And that’s exactly why the dumbass mother should not have raced off (twice) after being pulled over by the police.

I didn’t say there was. But that mother is a threat to her own children because she’s incredibly stupid and irresponsible.
Interesting...Miriam Carey got smoked by the Capitol Police, Secret Service and DC’s finest just a few weeks back with her child in the car and that was “justifiable”.
Once the idiot fled, she endangered everyone and she showed “Zero” like respect for the law, least of all the well being of her children.
While no fan of over-zealous officers of the law, his lawyer should have no problem countering that the “threat and risk” needed eliminated to save the lives of her aahmmm, innocent children and society as a whole.
THe next time I commit a crime I will make sure to have some cute kids along with me
