A day after he questioned President Obama’s decision to unwind a major tenet of the health-care law and said the nation’s capital might not go along, D.C. insurance commissioner William P. White was fired.
White was called into a meeting Friday afternoon with one of Mayor Vincent C. Gray’s (D) top deputies and told that the mayor “wants to go in a different direction,” White told The Washington Post on Saturday.
White said the mayoral deputy never said that he was being asked to leave because of his Thursday statement on health care. But he said the timing was hard to ignore. Roughly 24 hours later, White said, he was “basically being told, ‘Thanks, but no thanks.’ ”(continued)

The machine has a lot of power. They snap their fingers and every major insurance exectutive hauls ass to Washington to meet with their king. Right after the king met with the Comcast honcho to see what needs to be done to secure their monopoly.

Maybe Hannity can get him a job.
I’m not even sure the guy deserves the job, but it is interesting how vindictive Obama can be against people of color, just because they see things differently.

Hannity called Obamacare and talked to an operator who said that people were not happy. She was fired and Hannity got her a job and people donated money.

Also the “DC Way”. Mayor Grey is turning out to be a bigger crook than his predecessors. Hopefully he will be joining them in jail in the near future.
Watch out for the “race card” defense, or the ex-Mayor, now censured City Councilman Marion Barry defend, “The bitch made me do it”.
At least Barry was smoking and eating crack at the same time.

Make no mistake about it. That gloom you see across the land isn’t the sun setting but an iron curtain descending.

When do the disappearances begin? Nothing seems to wake up this country. Obama is ruling by decree and all he gets in opposition is sputtering speeches in opposition.

No surprise here. A few years back, DC fired an employee for using correctly the word “niggardly.”
