Exactly. They don’t make assumptions based on what someone non-medically trained tells them. They use incidents eye witnesses to help them zero in but they don’t assume death until all avenues of medicine have been tried. I can’t recall how many times I’ve heard doctors and nurses say, “Man, I thought he was a goner!” One lady was worked on for 6 hours. She lives today just fine, no consequences.
