Exactly and if the chemo treatments are going to debilitate you to such a degree that you end up confined to a bed, I’d opt for the alternative treatments. The most frightening thing to me about chemo is that it kills your immune system.
the worst part for me was the fact that 1) it killed all appetite which contributes to additional weight loss at a time that you need additional proteins and calories and 2) the way it made me feel ( like I was dying and couldn’t stop it)
