A supporter of Colorado State Senator, and gun control champion, Evie Hudak was captured on video threatening to go home and get a gun and come back and kill recall activists as they tried to gather signatures for a new recall effort against Ms. Hudak.

The Recall Hudak Too organizers are hoping to follow up successful recalls of two other anti-gun Colorado State Senators earlier this year. Both State Senate President John Morse and State Senator Angela Giron were thrown out of office by voters over their support for controversial gun control measures. Hudak supported the same measures.
Ms. Hudak is best known for her dressing down of rape survivor and gun rights activist Amanda Collins during her testimony against banning concealed carry permit holders from carrying on college campuses.

Isn’t that a terrorist threat???
Even though it could be argued in a court of law that it may not be a threat of that nature, still...Get them into court and shame the ever living sh!t out of them for being stupid...
Because, at the end of the day you cain’t fix stupid...
Exactly, what happened to her?
Watched the video. Evie Hudak is the same kind of handsome as nearly every other liberal woman, isn’t she?
Arrest the BITCH.
Apparently not, even if it is caught on video...
The evidence (video) could be argued that it was illegally obtained without the consent of the recorded...
At least if I was as slimy a lawyer as some may imagine...
But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night...So Ah’m feeling vewy smarte!!!
All kidding aside, this will depend upon the DA, and if they choose to view the recording and decide to charge the person with making a terroristic threat...It depends on that states laws regarding such threats...
A Colorado attorney would be able to answer that better than I...
I didn’t catch that until I saw the video.
Poor writing can lead to the wrong impression. “Cut the green wire, but first cut the red wire....”
It wasn’t the Senator who said that. It is one of her supporters. The wording in the article was clumsy.
Let them try.
:)
That might be true, but I am certain that she THOUGHT it. [I’m now channeling my inner Democrat here because that is how the ‘Rats think.]
another fishing expedition of yours
