That might be why Harry wouldn’t allow it to be brought up - he didn’t want to see who would defect.

The House Republicans will get the best of both worlds. The Upton bill will not become law, but they get to say they tried to allow people to keep their insurance plans. As a bonus, the division among Democrats is highlighted.
It would not surprise me if Reid and Obama sign on to this crap bill, so the Republicans carry part of the blame, which will morph into all of the blame... &#&$@%
