President Barack Obama vowed to veto legislation that would let insurers keep selling old policies to new customers, as well as revive them for existing customers for another year, but 39 Democrats defied him and their party leadership Friday and voted for the bill.
Most of the Democratic members on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committees Frontline incumbent protection program voted with Upton and the GOP.
Heres the list, with Frontline members getting an asterisk:

“...39 Democrats defied him...”
Dear leader will not take this news well...NSA has been notified and their “data” will be recalled, scrutinized, and stories will start being leaked about the one time they sent an e-mail to someone about the one thing — And then the next time a vote comes up...They will submit to the will of the dear leader, or else.
Lots of NY and California democrats in there. Very interesting....
No defiance when you know Harry Reid will never ever bring it up for a vote. And Obama will veto it.
Will the mainlining RATs go after these like the GOP is the TEA party?
I saw the same thing.
There is much more here than just a simple vote.
I bet they all voted for the ACA before they read what’s in it.
Wow.
Contrary to what has been reported, many or most of these democrats are NOT from red districts or where they face election trouble.
Some of them are extreme leftists (DeFazio and Maffei stick out).
39 people who are trying to hide the brown on their nose until after the next election, then they will go right back to where they got that brown to begin with.
What about the rest who think they are shoo-ins?
I know one who will stay with Obama right to the end. Steny Hoyer. He knows who is in his district, and they are Obama voters. We tried to beat him more than once but the morons who vote for Freebies keep putting him back in.
“...many or most of these democrats are NOT from red districts or where they face election trouble.”
Yep. My representative is on that list. Blue State that is “all in” with Obamacare. Strange.
Tim Bishop (NY), huh? Well, he’s won twice by real squeakers. Must be running scared. If you recall, it was protests outside his office that kicked off the Summer of Town Hall protests:

(My own Congresscritter, Steve Israel/D, did NOT vote for it. His district (my own) is right next door to Bishop’s. I guess he feels safe (and probably is).
Regards,
NY and CA are being hit hard by cancellations.
This is also why Feinstein (CA) jumped to co-sponsor Landrieu's bill.
Nick Rahall is the only democrat Representative from West Virginia ... I bet he’s been feeling the heat.
It is unfortunate that they are reaping the consequences of Obamacare that we warned them about, but, perhaps, they will rethink their voting habits next time.
Great to see that not one Democrat from NJ voted yes.
