Rep. Jim McDermott (D., Wash.) said “I haven’t seen this much panic on the [House] floor since 9/11″ in response to the House Republican proposal allowing insurers to offer healthcare plans scheduled to be cancelled under Obamacare Friday morning:

JIM MCDERMOTT: Mr. Speaker, my mother used to say, patience is a virtue. I haven’t seen so much panic on this floor since 9/11.

Jim McDermott WA is a guest on Al Sharpton’s show almost daily. Just on yesterday.

Always smug and grinning.

Of course all Obama wanted to do with his little stunt yesterday was stop the open rebellion of Democrats who were ready to take matters into their own hands. And, watch closely the role the Clintons play in this - esp. Bill. This is a crisis and you know what they say — here’s the perfect opportunity to swing the RAT party control back to its rightful owners aka Bill and Hill, without making it look like they are openly defying Obama. For all the panic and rebellious talk, the real work will be done quietly and behind the scenes, as the real powers behind the DNC pull the puppet strings.

Obama knew all along the insurance companies weren’t going to do anything with this new “permission” he unilaterally and illegally gave them. In fact it’s the last thing he wants to happen, because the whole Obamacare scam depends on those people buying new policies at the exchanges, not continuing their old ones. So no only will yesterday’s “fix” not fix anything but new problems will continue to pop up and the confidence in anything he says will continue to erode.

I predict the next move will be to sacrifice Sebelius. She’s been awful quiet this week and we know how Obama works, he promises 110% support - until all of a sudden he doesn’t.

Liberals are funny like that:

“The roads in Missouri were much more terrifying to me than the attacks on the World Trade Center, because I really did think my life was far more at risk,”

Wasn’t it McDermott that “took illegally recorded info” on a private Gingrich conversation from that elderly couple in Florida?

Yep...... I agree with you.

GOP should put a stake through this mess and file for impeachment on ANY number of issues. Say Seal Team 6, Benghazi inside jobs both, IMHO.

I’m THRILLED they are in panic mode. Now counting how long it takes for the scum Rino Elite GOP to bail them out.

Spottswoode: From what I.N.T.E.L.L.I.G.E.N.C.E has gathered, it would be 9/11 times 100.
Gary Johnston: 9/11 times a hundred? Jesus, that’s...
Spottswoode: Yes, 91,100.
Chris: Basically, all the worst parts of the bible.

Overturn Obamacare and let insurance companies move across state lines.

Problem solved.

It is in scope, because it directly impacts most of the people in the country, in one way or another.

Obama’s solution yesterday actually creates a bigger load of crap than it fixes.

For insurance companies to restore plans, they are, in effect, breaking the Obamacare law.

Trial lawyers are lining up.

In his spiel yesterday, he basically put the onus on state regulators and insurance companies. That way, he can shuffle the blame to them when all the unintended consequences raise their ugly heads.

He is LITERALLY the only politician in the USA that could be caught with EITHER a live boy OR a dead girl and be reelected.

The ONLY thing that traitorous pustule could do to lose his job is something either fiscally or culturally responsible.

Seattle is about to elect the first openly Socialist city councilmember in the USA. She may, in fact, be the only Socialist politician in the entire USA.

It is the most entitled city in the US.
