"Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., Ranking Member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee today urged the Senate to move forward on the consideration of a Resolution of Disapproval that would overturn a new health care regulation that breaks the President’s promise “If you like what you have you can keep it.”

Back in 2010, Senator Enzi recognized that the Obamacare regulations would cause many Americans to lose their insurance coverage, contrary to what Obama and other Democrats had been promising for months, and have promised for years since. He introduced a resolution to correct this, but it was defeated on a strict party line vote. Even Mary Landrieu voted against it.

The recorded vote on Enzi resolution S.J. Res 36:

Senate Vote on S.J. REs 36

The shameless hypocrisy and dishonesty surrounding the Obamacare fiasco is breathtaking. Not a shread of truth in all the protestations that such and such a politician didn't realize so many would lose their coverage, even if they liked it.

why bale these bast*rds out now? Let this thing fall where it does. How can you tinker with a bill that was passed, however it was passed?

These dumb phu*k republicans in the senate and house fry me.

If you are going to put up a bill, bring one up that totally removes ACA.

I agree, no way any Republican should help soften any aspect of the Obamacare fiasco.

“YOU LIE!”

All they can do is ignore the evidence recorded many places, but ignoring the facts is something at which the Dims and the MSM have years of practice.

Yeah, it was 39 instead of 36, but that’s just a typo and the reference to the actual vote is correct, and Enzi’s letter tells us what he did without bothering with the actual resolution.
