Yeh. I'll bet they're ALL heavily subsidized. Otherwise, they wouldn't have signed up once they saw the cost and the massive deductible. They'd still be shopping around.

with the massive deductible there is no reason to sign up at all

I have heard 6 to 12K deductibles- that’s crazy. I have not spent 6K per year for health care in decades
