In a recent study of U.S. presidents' personality traits, Lyndon Johnson ranked highest in grandiose narcissism.
While it frequently gets a bad rap, grandiose narcissism may predict both positive and negative leadership behaviors, according to a group of researchers who published a paper in October in Psychological Science.

Why don’t they say who the king of the vulnerable narcissists is? It’s clearly got to barky.
I think Obama leaves them all behind in the dust in terms of grandiosity and narcissism.
Remember the news photo of LBJ with his head in his hands, portraying him in a melt-down over Vietnam?
I want to see a shot of Obama just like that.
Obviosly a flawed study that intentionally ignored the 600 lb gorilla in the room. And I remember LBJ, no comparison.
Oh Lord, it's hard to be humble
When you're perfect in every way
I can't wait to look in the mirror
Cause I get better lookin' each day
To know me is to love me
I must be a hell of a man
Oh Lord, it's hard to be humble
But I'm doin' the best that I can!

Try as they might, I, for one, am not buying this distraction/detraction. It is, in fact, The One, Mr. Stompyfoot. He makes LBJ look like a patriot.
LBJ,”They’re all my helicopters:.
Obama lacks the intelligence to imagine truely grandiose fantasies. He’ll always be a minor leaguer in this contest but if one is willing to spot him twenty points as a handicap, in view of his obvious limitations, he might win.
Case in point; The thesis from Brent Bozell’s piece this am:
“The spin control is actually amusing when you consider that it isn’t Team Obama trying to influence the media. It’s the media doing damage control for Team Obama.”
The evaluation criteria must have excluded consideration of sociopaths.
The study stopped with George W. Bush.
Trash a jerk to make a bigger jerk look better... ain’t working... obama is the worst president by any metric.
My thoughts EXACTLY.
“Amusing” isn’t the right word.
I agree. I am not amused. Here is the article. There’s a goofy grinning picture of Brian Williams at the top.
Mr. Bozell, I imagine, sees the media as being on the losing side in their battle to prevent the truth form coming out about their leader, Prince Stompyfoot.

Oh, come on. Compared to the current occupant?
I am barely old enough to remember LBJ. How many people responding to this poll had ever even seen him?
“The study stopped with George W. Bush.”
Oh. Well, there you go. No doubt the researchers skipped the emperor, finding him, through their infatuation stupor, unquestionably exempt, though they did find the subject pertinent enough to write about during this time of complete, unforeseen revolution and perhaps destruction in our great medical system.
