That phrase would be “belief that he can solve any problem” with the emphasis on ANY as opposed to “problem”.

I doubt that Obama spends any time reading any newspaper. And I doubt that he watches the news on any network. He might watch some entertainment on some of the alphabet network stations. But, I think he is just informed by Michelle, Jarrett, or his staffers what is printed in papers or what is said on TV about him, or clips they provide to him. In which case, it is mostly (and probably only) positive comments that they feed him. They know he is easily depressed, and his ego cannot bear any criticism. And I am sure ne never watches FOX and only hates it because he has been told to hate that network. Now, Michelle, she’s different. She watches TV a lot...and she tells the networks what she does not like and does not want to see.
