Hardly a commercial break went by in October when Virginia voters werent reminded of Ken Cuccinellis far-right views on abortion and other social issues.
How much of a difference the deluge ultimately made after Cuccinellis surprisingly narrow loss against Democrat Terry McAuliffe is open for debate. What isnt in dispute is that Democrats and womens groups believe their war on women playbook worked. And they have every intention of using it again in 2014,

My liberal sisters are brain dead sheep. They share democra talking points on facebook with comments like “I don’t understand why any woman would vote rethuglican(sic).”
There’s usually some idiot like Weiner, Edwards, etc., and I’ll post it as a comment and ask them if they’re sure their party truly respects women.
I also share stats concerning the links between abortion and breast cancer.
They don’t respond but hopefully their neurons are starting to fire...
One would think the abortion mills and post-birth murders, and ultra-sounds would begin to sway even the young women.
The Dems have been using the “War On Women” BS for years now..yet the Dems have NO problem trashing Conservative women so its really THEM who do the real war on women..unfortunately in this country..murdering your baby trumps freedom..as long as some women can kill their babies they are happy..the more baby murder the better..they dont care about their freedom or anything else as long as those abortions and birth control pills are “Free”
What I want to know is .. WHERE ARE THE GOP WOMEN on this issue ..??
They seem to be mute .. and the GOP used to have a whole bunch of GOP Governors who were women, but they didn’t even speak out then.
The elites won’t fight back .. they’re afraid of being called “racist”. And .. if that’s the only word they call you .. why are people afraid. That word has very little meaning today .. especially when it is shown to be invalid. The left just loves their mantras .. and they never seem to get it when they don’t work anymore. The “Bush’s fault” soon became a joke .. so it no longer worked.
Somebody with a brain needs to gather all the GOP women who are stand-outs in the party and send them on a tour of the country .. touting their outstanding characterists, and leadership.
OKAY LADIES .. you better toot your own horn because the elites of your party are not going to.
So you’re taking our talking points directly to the leftists. That’s what we all have to do.
The War on Women is a gigantic political success.
When I first heard about it, and later when I saw that stupid 30-year old law student, I thought it could not possibly be anything other than a joke (shows you what I know).
The War on Women has elected far-left Senators, FOR SIX YEARS, from Indiana and Missouri. It has elected a hack with no political experience to the governorship of the Old Dominion.
It has not failed yet, and it won’t fail until we find a way to beat it.
Notice how opposition to murdering babies is “far right.”
>> which may have been one step too far.
The next time the panderer says he’s for the right “to choose”, it must be made clear the panderer is in actuality supporting the right “to kill.”
There’s nothing wrong with saying nascent life shouldn’t be killed for any reason, but the mechanism to enforce that doesn’t need elaboration given the likely legislative difficulties. If the issue is pressed, bring the focus back to the vast volume of abortion where rape is not an issue. There’s no good reason for the Pro-Life candidate to stumble on this issue.
d-rats in power is but a symptom.
the disease remains (illiterate electorate)
pulbik skoolz only want to churn out obedient tax-paying drones that ask no questions.
Republicans need an add about Obamacare, depicting a young family, who is unable to pay the Obamacare deductible for the birth of their first child and are forced to consider a second mortgage on their home.
Another ad could show a young woman being told that she has a type of breast cancer that is not covered by Obamacare and that she should consider the quality of life for the time that she has left.
Obama's War On Women:
What IS the war on women? It's all being orchestrated from the Left, of course. Every time a baby is aborted, a mother (a woman!) is damaged, and unless she repents, she'll remain that way. It's a war on women alright, and they are losing big time.
Also, we can alternate them with women (black, white, brown, asian) who are unemployed and are still looking for a job.
Then we could hit them with moms (black, white, brown, asian) whose kids are in bad schools, but the dems won't let them get vouchers to switch to good schools.
Then moms (black, white, brown, asian)who used a gun to save their live and their kids' lives.
Excuse me. There is no war on women. Women have been able to get abortions, birth control, sterilization, STD treatment, breast exams, pap smears, early parenting assistance, etcetera FOR DECADES! No one is trying to take these legal “rights” away. This whole BS regarding the “War on Women” is complete and utter politics. Why can’t an elected official say what I just said? Democrats are trying to make it d@mn near impossible to get a breast exam or a pap smear with a $10,000 deductible! Many women will die of stage 4 ovarian, breast and other cancers waiting on a “Single Payer” system. Who the hell is pushing for that? DEMOCRATS! Their wet dream!
There is a baseball analogy: If a batter has demonstrated a vulnerability to a certain pitch, then he can count on a steady diet of those pitches until he figures out a solution.
What exceptions do you believe there are that justifies abortion?
I go more with straight facts and truth rather than “talking points.”
Unfortunately, with many (such as my brother) you get a response like “errrr....HALIBURRRRRRTAHN! BOOOOSH-HITLERZ! CHENEY EVUL!”
One sister simply goes on about how she’s taken college classes so she’s so smart and can’t be wrong (similar to her responses when she was 12).
Still, we do what we must.
Another good ad to counter the idea that it is a Republican war on women would be to pull out one of the old anti-Hillarycare ads, starring women and have someone saying that she had no ideas that the new Affordable Care Act was just recycled Hillarycare.
I won the war on women about ten years ago when I decided to exclude them from my life. Too old to care anymore.
