Prayers up for Philippines.
I have not seen tonight’s news, but this afternoon they showed one, of more to come, C5 transports landing at Tacloban with emergency supplies. No doubt, supplies will start pouring in from all over the world.
I failed to mention...Thanks to all of the great FReepers who have shown concern for the people of the Philippines.

Ormoc and Tacolaban, so near, but so far.
The devastation is too enormous for us to imagine.
I do not understand how we were so spared.

I do not know if I want to watch. It is all so sad, but I may be able to report about US and other foreign aid that is arriving.
Planet earth wants its coastal areas back and she is taking them one at a time. We need to heed her message and move inland. The planet is also trying to cleans herself of all our toxic waste. What we have done to the oceans and everything else on the planet is shameful. We will learn to respect nature one way or another.
