Have you looked into concierge medicine? I’m checking it out because living in Maryland I would be surprised to not find us forced off of our current policies.
That grandfathering is a pant load. Everybody’s health care plan gets renewed and tweeked with diffierent options every year. So, none of us are really grandfathered.

Got a letter from the company I retired from 2 weeks ago.
They said retirees are covered as usual through 2014.
Think basically the group plan is self insured with the company using an insurance company to administer it.
There is some kind of Obamacare exception for a group like that..............For the time being anyway.

I have and it looks great but it costs (varies) about $5k per year on top you your insurance policy. It would do me good but I already pay too much for insurance (Massachusetts - $1000/month.
