I never thought I’d say, “Way to go, France.” A “sucker’s deal” indeed. Very plain talk from a diplomat.

The French socialists are standing up for Israel? The free world leader throws Israel to the wolves? This is not the world I grew up in.

There may still be a deal:

EXCERPT: “Word that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and a senior Chinese official from Beijing also were headed to the talks provided fresh hope for at least an interim deal, perhaps on Saturday.”

Kerry needs a success, hope this is not his legacy. Also, considering how Obama is handling the mess of the ACA rollout, this Iranian rollout can not turn out well!! It’s more then a systemic problem.

Not sure if this ‘deal’ means anything since Obama let the horse out of the barn months ago...

Israel accuses US of deceit on nuclear deal with Iran. Geneva signing drags out as Iran ups its price

http://www.debka.com/article/23430/Israel-accuses-US-of-deceit-on-nuclear-deal-with-Iran-Geneva-signing-drags-out-as-Iran-ups-its-price-

Regardless of how you might or might not doubt Debka as a source, I would recommend reading this in its entirety — has some interesting insights and more details about Obama’s deception tactics — telling Israel one thing and doing another.

EXCERPT: “From those conversations, Netanyahu learned to his dismay that the version of the accord he had received from Kerry in the first of their three conversations differed substantially from the outline prepared for signing in Geneva – especially in the key clause of sanctions relief.

While Obama and Kerry have admitted only to lifting “a few minor reversible sanctions” and “modest’ sanctions relief as part of the deal, Israel discovered a far more generous package of concessions was on offer. The Europeans would lead the way in easing sanctions to allow Washington to show clean hands – especially to Congress.

By Friday, the Iranians understood that the Obama administration was so hell-bent on signing the first ever international accord on their nuclear program, that they could afford without much risk to up the price for their signature and extort more last-minute concessions.”

Three more years of this nonsense. Will the voters push back or will they be too sick too care due to the Iatrogenic nature of Obamacare?

No one has anything to force France to sell out Israel and France seems to see the bigger picture.

noting that France could not accept a "sucker's deal".

unlike our vainglorious buffoon. P T Barnum sure had Kerry's number.

After all, goes the line, we got Iraq wrong, how do we know the truth about Iran? Even French President Jacques Chirac now seems to get it. He recently warned, "Leaders of any state that uses terrorist means against us, as well as any that may be envisaging, in one way or another, using weapons of mass destruction, must understand that they would be exposing themselves to a firm and appropriate response on our behalf," said Chirac. "That response could be conventional, it could also be of another nature," clearly referring to France's nuclear weapons.
