The number of Illinoisans able to sign up for new health insurance plans offered under the Affordable Care Act in October is likely in the hundreds, a top state health official said Friday.

Jennifer Koehler, director of the Illinois state health insurance marketplace, said that because of continued problems with the federal website that operates the state exchange, she projects the number of people in Illinois who enrolled in coverage in the first month to be "far less than some were expecting."

Isn't Hussein from there?

It's rumored he passed thru on the way from Kenya to the WH.

I don’t think very many people live in Illinois, so this isn’t surprising.

And they’ll find out that they all resided in a nursing home and the SEIU was the navigator.

“likely in the hundreds” = 101 (but we’re not sure)

Illinois’ effort to sign up additional people on Medicaid has been more successful. As of Friday, more than 44,000 low-income Illinoisans had applied for coverage in the state-federal program for the poor and disabled.

Death Spiral for US taxpayers.

Many of those probably are from the Illinois CHIP program, Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance for those with pre-existing conditions. It is being discontinued at the beginning of the year.

All those dead people who still vote in Illinois obviously DON’T need health insurance.

They can’t count much higher than “100”. Remember, it’s the Chicago/Illinois New Math.

However, when it comes to counting Democrat votes, they’re earning “A”s by the ton. No “body” is safe from Democrat voter registrars, not even those in the ground.

And I’m told that the literacy rate in Chicago is high too.
