No worries here. The GOP-e has no choice but to play to it’s majority — the Tea Party.

They shouldn’t have it, but they do. They’ve passed everything they wanted, and because they still have the upper hand look to see amnesty passed soon.
The polls never shown any massive blame put on the republicans... they did show that it was almost equal sharing in blame. farging rats love to rewrite history until they believe it as fact.
I think the MSM is working overtime to discourage voters who would turn out and vote Republican.
So many of our little Republican primary voters are as baffled and confused as their Democrat cousins. VA always disappoints. Even the 2009 winner, McDonnell, was a huge let-down.
No they haven't. They didn't get their gun grabbing out of the Senate. What have the rats gotten through the House besides the budget sequester? If the GOP folds on amnesty, they will be primaried.

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.
Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.
Let’s start that conversation by acknowledging we aren’t going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.
If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...
This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.

I only registered as a Republican years ago to support a conservative in a NJ primary; he won, but the party wouldn’t support him and he lost the general election. At this point I have to uncouple myself from the party (to avoid being taken for granted), but I still want to vote in their primaries. It was nice to see Christie win NJ by such a large margin; he has all the right enemies in NJ.

At this point I assume the amnesty is a done deal (since we have a de facto amnesty anyway); now both parties have to put their heads together and work out a convenient time to pass it with as little political damage as possible.

I’m sure we’ll see things like Tea Party cartoons drawn with KKK references, swaztikas, etc.... The low information voters believe all that racist tripe that Democrats and their media allies put out there and they get away with it because our side does nothing to refute it.

I meant since the GOP took the House in 2010. Amnesty for illegal immigration is a loser for the GOP. Independents don't want it either. We have the lowest workforce participation rate in 30 - 40 years, depending on the source. Almost all members of the GOP in the House are in safe districts. It only makes sense as political suicide.

I agree amnesty is political suicide, but apparently inaction is as well; Obama kicked Romney’s ass in the worst economy most Americans can remember.
It was passed in the lame duck days of the Pelosi House.
