I agree with Rubio, Christie is good for New Jersey, as long he stays there and doesn’t trash other Republican candidates or issues.
After seeing what the Republican elite did to Sarah Palin, I want almost nothing to do with the anti-Palin Republican establishment.
The MSM is going to have a field day amplifying the in-house fighting among republicans while the democrats are going to give Hillary a free ride to the nomination.
I’ll vote for a Republican, but I won’t vote for Christie...whatever he is...
I guess I’m supposed to fell sorry for Jabba?
I despise the Republcan establishment as much as I do Democrats.
THe corrupt MSM will shower Christie with many accolades, just like they loved the Maverick McCain... right until he secured the Primary and then they savaged him. Christie will be no different. The Marxists want Christie. They will give him the same McCain treatment.
Four years of watching the GOP-E backstab Sarah Palin (among other tea-party stalwarts) and I’m perfectly happy seeing these “heroes” of the GOP-E like Christie being sliced-and-diced to bloody pieces.
Speaking of which, I’m remembering one of the very first clues I had about Christie. A talk-show host asked him his opinion of Palin, and he contorted his face into a “gag-me-with-a-spoon” reaction, like some ditzy teenage girl. Then and there, I had Christie pegged. And he has proved it, over and over again. To hell with the bastard.
I loathe the RINO gutpile!
Maybe he'd be a good Senator for NJ, as well.
Perhaps he'd even be a good cabinet officer, like head of OMB or the Labor Dept.
That's about it.
Yes, he won a big victory - for himself. Here's what he didn't do:
1) Have any coattails in the state legislature.
2) Help out the Republican Senate candidate by having the 2 elections on the same day...but that wouldn't have made for such a large victory for himself (and maybe that was part of his deal with the Dems, to ensure a lack of funded and endorsed opposition).
3) For that matter, he could've appointed a Republican to fill Lousyberg's seat, but chose not to do so (and the reasons above may well apply here, as well).
4) He didn't bother to even make a single speech for Cuccinelli, nor even a single 30-second TV or radio ad. That lack of support for a fellow Republican running for governor of his state will be remembered.
He's not Presidential timber - though the Lamestream media would like him to be the sacrificial lamb Republican nominee in 2016. Oh, BTW, polls on Tuesday night show him losing to the Hildabeast IN NEW JERSEY. Some great candidate, he won't even carry his home state, despite winning a statewide election by 22 points!
Fat boy DemocRat sucks.
Christie is nothing more than a distraction and tool to encourage infighting in the Republican party.
It’s 2013 and Obamacare is destroying America, don’t lose sight of that, stopping this cabal from taking over America is our only focus right now. Democrats and the media love to make the horse races the entire conversation even three years out but we may not have an election in 2016 if we don’t battle these tyrants now, not as a party, as Americans.
If anybody read the book about Romney’s run, you will read about why he did not choose Christie for VP.....lots of questionable dirt.
This is why the MSM and liberals (including those in the GOP) want Christie to run.....they can destroy him easily.
Christie is Obama lite!
