Full title too long, here's the rest: "when he reported van stolen to stop teenager from buying cigarettes"

What am I suggesting, in the face of a broad and powerful tyranny that strips us of every Natural Right, and who seeks to oppress and even murder us?
Strict compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, edicts, decrees, or Executive Orders. I also suggest peaceful, but very gentle, suggestions to leaders that they can do better -- but always in a soft, gentle, loving voice. I also suggest volunteering at the animal shelters. So many kittens go without the help they need! Additionally, I encourage people to learn watercolor painting, so that they may learn how to paint fluffy, beautiful clouds!
"The policeman is not there to create disorder; the policeman is there to preserve disorder."
Not so funny anymore.
Your sentence is a ridiculous contradiction.
By definition you cannot fight tyranny at the ballot box.
Someone else gets it.
Of course you can.
Until the tyrant has grown to the point he destroys the balloting process and established himself as ruler for life, you can campaign for change in leadership. The encroaching tyranny we face has seriously eroded the value of the vote but not yet eradicated it.
Your electoral process has been subverted, undermined and compromised...Ya can’t flood the country with tens of millions illegally and expect a legitimate honest election process...
That’s pie in the sky... Not going to happen...
I’m willing to stipulate that you’re right and I’m wrong. Still can’t see the value of risking your life by openly defying a cop in the street.
Those are not branch scratches on that Truck. That kid was going to hurt an innocent bystander. To bad, Dad. You’re kid should have been stopped years ago by you.
Unilateral secession.
That followed up by willingness to defend your rights with force if necessary.
Ideally our side once seceding should make sure we don't attack THEIR "Fort Sumter".
However If our side isn't willing to defend OUR "Fort Sumter" once the feds attack, then conservatives deserve the slave status they get.
Its not even about the illegals. The elections are screwed even without them.
Some precincts had 140% voter turnout and there have been few investigations.
Of course I'm right....Most capable of critical thought can figure out when governemnt intentionally floods a country with tens of millions illegitimately, it's going to subvert and compromise the entire system.
It affects everything...It's like domino's or cancer.
All this while the evil in control of government go out of their way to provide the tens of millions of the illegitimate with jobs, food, medication, social services, licenses, welfare, you name it. It only escalates.
BTW, a government that refuses to protect and secure it's legitimate lawful sovereignty and borders will itself eventually become illegitimate and lawless.
Unfortunately, it seems to be the first choice.
“According to the article, the truck was stopped and the young man was unarmed when shot to death.”
You know, other than the fact that I don’t like to see anybody killed, this is what bothers me.
If you or I had done the same thing, in the same situation as the cop, we would be going to jail. In many of the “cop shoots citizen” threads that cause so much contention here, if you replace “cop” with “Joe Citizen”, in 95% of these cases Joe would go to jail. For a long time.
If I shot a person sitting in a truck unarmed, or a 14 yo. kid walking down the road with a BB gun, then I am going to jail. Period. No, “I thought it was real”. No, “I thought he was gonna point it at me”. No “he might have driven away”. None of that. I’m going to jail. Probably for a long time.
I really don’t see any problem with rules of engagement for citizens and cops being the same.
The pursuit was over, the vehicle impacted into a tree and was stopped when the unarmed man was shot to death.
