The AG’s office will announce tomorrow the arrest of four well-recognized individuals for their part in an elaborate scheme to defraud Monroe County citizens. The suspects will surrender at the Attorney General’s Rochester Regional Office (144 Exchange Blvd.), and at 12:30 p.m. will exit the office and walk across the street to the Rochester Police Department for processing.
