SCHIEFFER: The president said in the beginning that one thing was that if you liked the health care program you had, you could keep it. We now know there was debate within the administration before he said that as to whether that was actually a promise that could be kept. Should the president not have made that statement?
FEINSTEIN: Well, as I understand it, you can keep it up to the time and I hope this is correct, but this is what Ive been told up to the time the bill was enacted, and after that, its a different story. That part of it, if true, was never made clear.

There is no profanity adequate to describe the two-faced political liars in DC.
To: PJ-Comix
Seeing how the stupid hurts these fools would be quite entertaining if they weren’t taking the rest of us down with them.

It’s an amazing thing. A month ago....things were looking questionable for the Republicans. Around the 17th...I felt that they’d hit rock-bottom.
Now? It’s amazing that Senators and Representatives....voted without reading...and now have this 800-lb anchor around them....with two lines of simple text. They look like idiots. Shockingly enough....this all wipes out the budget episode and the news media is locked onto them for at least a month while they try to make that stupid website work.
Meanwhile....as we get into January and you have more people without health insurance....than you had before...it’s merely going to double in terms of political pain. If you were a Democratic Senator running in November of 2014....you really need big-time cash to survive the blunt of this episode....way more than it looked like in September.

What a POS. Does she fail to conveniently remember that Obunga was still campaigning the lie well after Obungacare passed?

No running away from the fact that the entire Democratic Party used the promise of Obamacare in 2012 as a political issue to maintain control of the Senate and the White House. 2014 there will be hell to pay and I would suspect a wave election that will dwarf the 2010 results.

Notice how she and O try to appear as if they are not part of this mess — her statement “and I hope this is correct, but this is what Ive been told” — like she is on the outside looking in.

He never had any credibility with me or any Freepers, other than his promise to fundamentally change America (... into a Third World banana republic...). But every American should see this charlatan for the liar he is now and consequently turn their backs on him.

First they elected her, then they re-elected her and kept on doing it. They deserve what they get, but we sure don’t deserve it.

I’m still waiting for some snarky guest to say:
“Bob, you’re 76 yrs old, making 2 million a year, and solidly in the 1 percent group. When are you gonna retire, and let them hire a couple Columbia journo grads with $150k in student debt?”

Those who oppose ObamaCare (does that include RINOs?) should speak in a unified voice with a single, simple message. Everywhere they go, every time they are interviewed, they should all say the same thing. The message needs to be short and simple - so even the low information voters will understand. The message should go something like this: “Kill ObamaCare before it kills you”

And no discussion of fixing it (quite frankly it cannot be fixed). It needs to be wholesale REJECTED!
