There are no skeletons. This is simply some guy being a douche, similar to Jim Zumbo.
Adios G&A
And the same old 1911 and AR-15 stuff. A good share of that is stuff most can't afford.
Ross Seyfried was cutting edge with those souped up Ruger sixguns. Cooper was always a great read. Milek was too, though I never considered scoped Contenders to be “handgun” hunting.
Guns and Ammo just committed suicide.
Yep, there’s only so much you can do with an AR or 1911. Once they run reliably, what else do you need? (Although a high cap .38 Super one would be nice).
Seyfried still writes the occasional article for The Double Gun Journal, which is serious shotgun porn.
I remember his articles on those, and the one where he shot a 4 bore elephant gun, and the picture had him sitting on his butt with his glasses half off from the recoil.
T-S, speaking of old school, maybe you know about this.
I have a 30 some year old gun rag I kept because I hoped to try it some day. The had a Ruger Blackhawk in .357 with a spare 9mm cylinder (why?). They reamed the spare to .38/.44 Dreadnaught, an improved Bain and Davis that reduced the case set-back from the bottle necked case. It seemed to work well and exceed the .357 Maximum with heavy pills.
Guess I never will, don't know if they make that convertible any more.
“well-regulated” in 18th century parlance meant something that worked as it should. Such as a “well regulated time piece”.
See one in the break room now and then.... They will be tossed into the round file when I find em there from now on.... Wtf was Dick Metcalf thinking ?
He Zumbo’d hisself quiet proper .... Bye Dick !
Stay safe Slim !
Obama’s got NSA breathing down everybody’s neck. What happened, Dick? Got caught with a live boy, eh? Ok. Take the lead. Turn your guns in.
I missed that one, but it seems to fall into the gun category of answers in search of a question.
Hi pardner! How’s life?

You are right, in that it never really caught on.
A lot of that. I once had the chance to buy a NIB MBA Gyrojet with papers and ammo.
I passed.
Caseless ammo never really panned out either...
Warm and fuzzy right now ..... New contract was awarded so we have new boss in January. Crazy daze..... Circling my wagons for the wait and see....:o)
Hope yer well....!
There are honestly a lot of old gun guys who hate the young guys with plastic rifles.
Run into them on the range on occasion. They feel that anyone owning an AR is a threat to them owning their skeet guns.
They see a young guy with a dressed up tactical mess show up and spray at the range, and it turns up their nose.
Just like it does mine when they show up and demand I stop shooting so they can get their $10K custom rifle out, hog the whole range (after telling people to leave because they have a $10K rifle and don’t want it around cheap guns), and then start violating club safety rules because... it is a $10K rifle.
In other words, a holes.
“Well regulated” means well trained in the context understood by our Founding Fathers, Mr Metcalf, you moron.
I am well regulated. Keep your lefty gun-grabber paws off my ordnance or face the consequences. Wanker.
