In the final weekend of the campaign for Virginia Governor, Republican Ken Cuccinelli has announced rallies with Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and former Congressman Ron Paul, among other Republicans. The Cuccinelli campaign has put its hopes for a come-from-behind victory in energizing base Republican and conservative voters. Walker and Paul both have unique appeal with voters Cuccinelli needs on Tuesday.
Walker will attend two rallies for Cuccinelli on Saturday, appearing in Spotslyvania and Woodbridge, two Northern Virginia suburbs were the Republican needs a strong vote. Ron Paul will attend an evening rally on Monday, the eve of the election in Richmond.
Libertarian candidate Richard Sarvis has unexpectedly polled strongly in the race, attracting around 10% of voters. According to polls, Sarvis is drawing more support away from Cuccinelli than Democrat McAuliffe. Ron Paul has a very strong following among Sarvis supporters and his appearance with Cuccinelli is meant to stem the tide of defections from the Republican.
For most of the campaign, Cuccinelli ran a very conventional race. He downplayed his conservative positions and focused on more narrow Virginia-specific issues. After an exceptionally negative campaign, both he and McAuliffe have high negative ratings with voters. With turnout expected to be low, Cuccinelli is returning to conservative themes to energize grass roots turnout.
On a conference call with reporters on Friday, Cuccinelli, at least twice, mentioned he was the "pro-liberty" candidate.

I was thinking he should be Cruz’ vice president. I was told on here that Walker is pro-amnesty. I looked at the link they provided and his position seemsed a little vague. Seems to be the “let them come out of the shadows” attitude though.

Is it Tuesday yet? I’m thinking I might even camp outside the kids’ elementary school the night before like I’m waiting in line for an IThing.
I’m trying to expect a McAuliffe poll in the morning, seems to always go that way any more. And I have to be honest with myself, McAuliffe has 10 times the cash and that translates to a lot of washed brains.
Still, every battle we lose is like a knife in my heart.
The lefties have stopped their early celebrating. I thought it was over too. Haven’t heard anything about where McC has been, is he on vacation? Didn’t even hear how it went for old creepy Clinton in Roanoke. There’s too much quiet, and that’s a positive sign for me!

I hear he's relying on wall-to-wall tv & radio coverage. I don't live there but my sister does and she almost fell for the McAuliffe crap in the beginning because that's the only ads she saw. He can afford to blitz the airways.
BCBS sent out a ton of policy cancellations to our state. I was a proud recipient myself. I’m counting on it being a big motivator.
Maybe cause I work in healthcare, but there’s a lot of anxiety over all the changes. It’s all anybody’s talking about, all the time.
What kills me is these losers in Congress and the Administration go on and on about "a small group of people" affecting the whole country with a shutdown.
In truth "a small group of people" in D.C.are destroying the financial and health security of the entire country. You're right, everyone's talking about it, when will someone do something about it?

That's exactly the kind of story that we keep shooting ourselves (and our best candidates) in the head with. Someone has a story about some faux pax (like being for illegal immigration/homosexuality/etc. etc etc.) and says that they "heard something disturbing". This gets passed on and soon the guy thinks we should just let Mexico take over. Happened to Mitt with the Homos in the Boy Scouts deal (and other things). He stated his opinion that he was Ok with it, but it was up to the Scouts and not politicians to make the decision - next thing everyone is screaming he is going to push homos into the Boy Scouts and the door for Obama opened a bit wider.
Simply 'New Speak' for registering and voting Democrat.

My Question: What does Sarah Palin Say? She gave us Ted Cruz, what does she say about this important race? Note: The Liberals will do anything to smear Cuccinelli with Amnasty/Race/ Libertarianism—anything. We saw what we got when we let the Media do a number on Mitt Romney and his Dog on the Roof of his car story.
Conservatives and Republicans in Virginia need to put up American flags immediately, and keep them up through election day.
Psychologists have discovered that seeing American flags makes Americans feel more patriotic, and strongly favors Republicans in elections.
If there is a store that sells “cocktail” American flags or other small ones, buy a bunch and distribute them far and wide, for as many people as possible to see.
It is something, if you already have made or cannot afford a campaign contribution, that still matters.
