I don’t think he will end up that close to the cellar....professional rankings usually come out around 20-25th worst...but in our lifetimes there is probably no doubt unless you go back to Harding. :)

Haven’t you seen the latest debunking of the Harding myth? Harding was nowhere near to being as sorry as Carter. Harding was not perfect but he has gotten a bum rap in many respects. He was actually a much better president than Bill Clinton, certainly far better than Carter or Obama.
