The chances of "A Whitewashed New Front-End Interface" that accepts data for processing by hand by human beings, by Nov 30 -- feasible. In other words, a Potemkin Village front. That they can do in a month.
I would not bet on having the MAJOR problems actually fixed before mid-January AT BEST.
I do not believe they will EVER get "Everything fixed". Period.
