This was a material lie. Obama made it—over-and-over.
Americans relied upon the misstatement of fact, the misstatement was intentional and we know now it was made with knowledge of its falsity. Americans have been damaged. That’s a prima facie case of fraud.

The promises he makes to young people about their futures and his so-called "fairness" emphasis, while at the same time imposing a debt burden on them that is out of proportion to the burden baby boomers and seniors can possibly pay off, tops even the "you can keep it" broken promise.

If young people are the ones most negatively impacted by the demands of the Obama/Clinton/Progressives' Obamacare Act, then someone needs to tap into their brains the message that young people are being asked to pay for everyone's health care as far as the mind can fathom, and that this factual consequence doesn't meet Obama's own "fairness" mantra.

Somebody better begin to latch onto to that core idea of this monstrocity called the ACA!
