Americans relied upon the misstatement of fact, the misstatement was intentional and we know now it was made with knowledge of its falsity. Americans have been damaged. That’s a prima facie case of fraud.
Fraud on this scale is a ‘high crime’ and it is certainly a misdemeanor. Impeach and remove from office this lying crook!
