Not all TSA employees are armed;

The vast majority of them are not, and that is probably a good thing. When you see a picture of the shooting location being so far into the concourse it makes one wonder how quick the response by LAX PD was.

I’m surprised he got that far, but I haven’t landed at LAX for about 5 years and I don’t remember the layout.
