Washington (CNN) - White House Press Secretary Jay Carney on Friday continued to defend the rule in the national health care law that may end up forcing millions of Americans from their health insurance.
Carney's defense of the law comes amid revelations that a grand total of six Americans signed up for Obamacare coverage on the first day the online exchanges went live October 1, according to internal notes provided to the Republican-controlled House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

But WAIT!!! I thought it was those shifty insurance companies that decided all of a sudden that they didn’t need millions of their customers any more, and then dropped them from their customer rolls!!!!
As wise an idea as this was, Madison and the other Framers failed to expressly incorporate such a limit on government within the Constitution itself.
I believe we need several amendments to the Constitution. How about you??

Yes. Thanks!
What they’re saying is that those policies you had
weren’t “good enough”
BY THEIR STANDARDS, NOT YOURS.

Come on: This is Jay carney. He gets paid to lie.
His job depends on his lies.
Does anyone with a brain actually expect him to be truthful?
One has to give up all morals and their very souls to work in Jay Carneys job for Obama.
When asked by CNN’s Chris Cuomo about the law requiring individuals to get new insurance coverage they may not need or want, such as maternity care, Carney argued that many people don't really know or understand what their options are and urged buyers to do their homework. In many cases, “you're going to find out you get better insurance, that's a guarantee, better minimum coverage and at same or lower cost because you'll qualify for a tax credit,” he said.

So we get tax credits to help pay for coverage that doesnt even apply to us?
Yep. Limbaugh is calling Obama’s lie about keeping your doctor and insurance outright fraud today. He said Nixon resigned for much less.
Thanks! I posted to the admin moderator and requested they change it.
Obama/Soetoro has cemeted his legacy as the biggest Presidential LIAR, A THIEF, A CON ARTIST and propagandist of all time.
.
If the insurance companies knew all this and didn’t tell it to the shareholders, they should all be in jail. They had to have sat around a table and decided what to do.
Latest line from the loony left seems to be “well employers cancel policies and buy new ones for their people all the time” - true - that’s the magic of a free market competitive system where you can make changes for the better -cheaper or expanded coverage - whenever you want - but the changes coming under Obamacare are forced by the government which arrogantly thinks it knows better than anyone else what people need, and is requiring them to buy pricier and, for most, unnecessary coverage.....
Go to 3:00 on this audio and you will see the insurance companies protested what the administration was doing as it would be very disruptive and the admistration ignored their advice:

Yes. I heard that on Fox. Michael J. Cannon with Cato answered a liberal on Fox today and said the companies do this at their discretion periodically but that is not the same as what the govt. had done. Cannon is very good regarding up to date info on Obamacare and what it means. I just started following him on Twitter. Betsy McCaughey was on Mark Levin one night and mentioned his name as being knowldgeable about Obamacare. He was answering questions today on Fox before the LA airport shooting happened and bumped him. I wanted to hear what he had to say.
