Yep.... We have 3 generations of Marines going in our family, and a 10 month-old hopeful.

Prayers are in order for Ethan for healing. What an American!

Father, per your instruction we are praying with thanksgiving to you for your Word that says regarding the Lord Jesus:

“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

Let us all now pray fervently for Ethan's full recovery. The glory will be all Yours Father. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

EAGLES UP! Once more unto the breach, my friends, once more!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

Best wishes for your nephew as he begins his Marine training.
From my perspective he could not make a better choice than tio becoma a US Marine.

The day of my 17th birthday I was waiting for the Marine Recruiter to open his office so I could enlist.

Enlisting in the Corps and serving as a Marine is the best choice I ever made in my life.

The experience and training I received as a Marine shaped my entire life and was instrumental in the success I have had in my family life, career and life in general.

There really is a reason for the saying "Once a Marine, always a Marine".

Thank you for you service. My Air Force training in Forward Air Control was just right for me.

I had a hard school and learned that discipline combined with knowledge is a priceless tool.

I learned the old 407L FACP system and it has been with me all this time.
