In the ‘90s in North Miami, Florida the city council decided that black police officers didn’t have to swim to be hired, since in the ‘60s there was no place for them to learn it. Guess the “negro” beach on Dodge island and the swimming pools in Liberty City didn’t count.

So rather than do what is necessary to fulfill the requirements of the job. (trust me, I hate paperwork as much or more than the next guy) ... This guy's answer is to blow off paperwork and/or get a lawyer to file a lawsuit trying to get out of even more.

No kidding! And there I thought that Black “Educators” were the nation’s highest paid “migrant workers.” Take a look at this guy’s resume:

He got himself a really spiffy

Craig was in Cincinnati long enough to change the uniforms.

Cincinnati police used to be unmistakable in white shirts and white hats. They always looked crisp and in charge. Now they are wearing some sort of dark shirt and they don't have to wear the hats any longer. They look sloppy.

Craig came here from Portland and stayed just long enough to fluff up his resume.

Actually he’s been a very solid police chief. He’s taken actions that have long needed to be taken like stripping the mayor’s security from 20 officers to 6. Fining officers for wasting resources (Showing up for simple investigations by the dozen) He’s even trying to criminally charge 911 dispatchers for lying to callers. He’s encouraged people to take care of their own security and even arm themselves if need be. And one that should send the whiney libertarians off the rails, he’s restarted the stop and frisk policy ended by Coleman Young.

I remember this story when it happened and despite the super cops of FR, he did all he could do which was exactly what most people would do 9 times out of 10. Unless you have a gun in hand and ready, you’re not going to do much when someone appears in your window with a gun.

Too Democrats qualifications for a position are a joke; only conservatives have to worry about such things. Being a good Democrat is the first qualification. Next being anything but a White male (unless it is a REAL job that actually requires someone who can handle the position). The Craigs of the world are what you get from Democrats. Minority seals most likely sat and clapped proudly because they DON'T have to be oppressed by a White Police Chief - it doesn't lower crime but it makes them sooo proud!
