Five Democrat representatives are asking the Obama administration to seek a refund from the company that built Healthcare.gov"a website which has failed to work for most people trying to sign on for health insurance."
According to The Hill, Reps. Ron Barber (D-AZ), William Enyart (D-IL), Pete Gallego (D-TX), Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), and Filemon Vela (D-TX) made this request through a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder.
In the letter, they asked the administration to see if "CGI Federal and/or any other company involved in the construction of the website... violated the terms of its agreement or is in constructive breach of the contract." They say the administration "must hold the contractors accountable for their unsatisfactory work."
The letter was released for the public on October 28, one day before the House of Representatives begins hearings "on the failed Obamacare rollout."
On October 29, the Ways and Means Committee "will meet with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Marilyn Tavenner,"

That’s going to turn into an amusing fight.
That is our money they be playing with.
But I thought one of Michellyo’s Princeton room mates was a top EO for CGI on that no bid job?
That story will be buried.
Organizing a refund to the taxpayers, commies?
Somebody’s getting Effed!
How about investigating how the no-bid contract came to be awarded to Michelle Obama’s friend?
They didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.
Obama is so screwed.
Can we get a refund on Sebelius’s and Obama’s salaries ???
FINALLY! Five Demo-Rats are leaving the sinking ship “Obamanation!”
Hey Democrats: Switch Political Parties or be defeated in 2014 - - - think, think, think.
I want a refund from the Democrats that build obamacare.
I will tell you how the no-bid angle played into this mess. If the government runs a competition for a contract, then it’s an open affair and takes around two months to put all the facts on the table and get the bids. Once the government announces the winner....it means nothing. The losers all pile into court and can waste an entire year arguing they should have won. Meanwhile, the winner does nothing until the judge deems it a complete victory, and even then...it could go to a higher court.
As much as I see no-bid contracts as a solution to a bad thing....then mixing the friendship angle into this just makes it worse. If this were France, Britain,or Germany...the Premier or Chancellor would resign in disgrace. That’s the simple truth in this whole thing. All of these oddball countries are viewing this new angle back to Ms Obama, and asking where the legitimate nature of the Presidency resides.
OOOh . GEORGE S is a big investor in CGI om my gawrsh!
Michelle and Valerie will give them the Royal one-fingered salute and exclaim that it will happen when pigs fly. That money’s long gone.
Worked for all the *Green Energy* fiascoes, why not for them?
How about a refund from all those who passed the bill BEFORE they read [and still haven’t read] the bill ???
Funny - not a single Republican is included in this group ...
I have an idea!
Since the House of Representatives issues the money to pay for things, why doesn’t the House simply pass a budget bill that pays for the rest of government but doesn’t pay for the debacle of the Affordable Care Act?
I’ve said if before and I’ll say it again... Giving a contract to a friend raises eyebrows. Giving a contract to a friend without any competitive bidding is blatant corruption. Giving a contract worth nearly $700M to a friend without any competitive bidding is probably the biggest scandal in US history. (by $$$)
Hey democrats - I want my job AND my health insurance back. Can I sue you?
