Since you seem so terribly concerned about this, why don’t you write the appropriate persons to satisfy your concerns ? I have no such concerns, because he is eligible. :-)
Because talking, opining, and writing to people doesn’t make anything legally certain. What we need is a ruling; all else is just wishful thinking and I try not to leave really, really important things to wishful thinking. You?
