If your best candidate is going to be disqualified after winning the race, you’d be better off to put forward a candidate that they CAN’T disqualify.

But I think if they were forced to give a ruling while Obama was still in office (which it would have to be, to be before the 2016 primary), Soros would tell them they had to rule in the way that makes both Obama and Cruz eligible (if Obama was born in Hawaii). Otherwise there would still be a chance that some lower court judge would give a plaintiff standing and Obama’s eligibility could be brought up for a ruling, even without going through the proof of Obama’s document fraud, forgery, perjury, etc.

We’ve got totally crappy choices. War is always like that. All we can do is the best we can.

For those here who fear the courts making a decision while Obama is in office because it would prompt a non-Vattel decision, at least if there is ANY decision there’s a chance to amend the Constitution to restore the Constitution to what you believe it meant originally. And I don’t think this nation has much time left unless we get somebody in office who is VERY threatening to the status quo.

They have to disqualify him before he wins the race. Otherwise, the VP candidate goes in instead of him.
