Does anybody know who “Fusion” is, or how I can see the video of what Cruz said? Fox has the video taken down so I looked at Fusion (Drudge has their link regarding Cruz saying Obama is overstepping his Constitutional authority) at http://fusion.net/justice/story/ted-cruz-canada-renounce-citizenship-video-15333 and see that those folks are the usual run-of-the-mill ignoramuses when it comes to Obama’s identity theft crimes. What is Fusion’s “bent”?
I believe we’re being led into a trap. NBC has been left undefined because the courts all denied standing to those who challenged Obama’s eligibility. But if Cruz is elected Hillary will challenge, she will have standing, and John Roberts - who decided that Obamacare is constitutional after suddenly changing his mind, a change he read to the world with red eyes and obviously unhappy demeanor - will define NBC when the entire DC establishment wants him to get rid of Cruz, the one thing standing in the way of DC’s pus-filled orifice.
The only way out of that trap is to get a ruling on the definition of NBC BEFORE Cruz runs. The media is setting up the trap in 2 ways: bringing up the issue so it won’t seem like this was a set-up by Obama’s masters all along, and using the issue to get Constitutionalists to fight each other and get some supporters of Cruz to believe that seeking a definition is unnecessary and an assault on Cruz personally, rather than a necessary step to PROTECT conservatives from having their candidate run and win, only to be cut down by Hillary appealing to a Soros-controlled John Roberts.
The people first bringing up Cruz’ eligibility are liberals. They are setting the trap. The more people insist that we already know Cruz is eligible so we don’t need a SCOTUS ruling on the definition of NBC, the deeper the trap is set. The left is using conservatives to lay a legal trap for Ted Cruz. We have to be smarter than that. We have to get SCOTUS to define NBC before we nominate a candidate for 2016 so SCOTUS can’t decide to change what everybody was assured were the rules AFTER we’ve chosen our candidate. Hillary knows all about that strategy, which is why she had Phil Berg file his lawsuit BEFORE the DNC Convention - so the DNC could still nominate somebody else (her) if it was ruled that Obama was ineligible.
Remember in “The Hobbit” when Bilbo was captured by trolls and Gandalf (or was it somebody else?) kept the trolls arguing about how to cook Bilbo before eating him - so the trolls forgot that morning was coming and the sun came up on them and turned them to stone? I fear that is what the media libs are doing to conservatives right now. They are keeping us arguing about what WE think NBC means so we forget that all that matters is what a compromised SCOTUS rules that it means. The urgency against Obamacare was blunted during its passage because people assumed that SCOTUS would rule it unconstitutional. Even if it is true and settled law that Cruz would be eligible, Obamacare has shown us that we can’t count on SCOTUS ruling according to what everybody already knows is constitutional. We are lulling ourselves to sleep if we argue that SCOTUS would HAVE to rule the way we believe is right. However they rule, the important thing is that it be BEFORE we choose our candidate and are locked in to that person.
I don’t know what the definition of NBC should be. Even worse, I don’t know what SCOTUS would rule it to be. What I do know is that the media and DC hate Cruz, SCOTUS is deeply compromised, and the media and courts have made sure that SCOTUS is legally able to rule Cruz ineligible when (not if) Hillary challenges it in court - which she would make SURE would be after it’s too late for the R’s to run a different candidate, and probably only use it as a last-ditch effort because Cruz won the election.
Lucy, Nully... can you ping the lists to this please? I’m not wandering into what NBC means because right now, with a compromised SCOTUS, that doesn’t even matter. What DOES matter is the way the libs are playing us like Gandalf played the trolls. We MUSTN’T fall into the trap. It is IMPERATIVE that we get a definition of NBC from SCOTUS before 2016.

Cruz is stirring the pot to get them to slip up on hussein's NBC. Cruz knows better than to cause a distraction and split the GOP so he will not attempt a run causing a Constitution fiasco.
