yeah, my take on this, is WHY didn´t he go along with Congress when they were trying to delay implementation. This sounds a bit confusing.

It is the executives duty to enforce the law and if congress will not impeach him for dereliction of office then there is nothing anyone else can do about it.

The word “grant” suggests that Obama is being generous. But not punishing for someone for not buying something from a website that doesn’t even work doesn’t sound generous to me.

I’m sure this article is being tweeted to John Bonehead - numerous times - and he’ll get right on the fact that 0 is breaking the law by “granting” an extension of this *law* of the land. /s
